Attorney Moser is a lifelong resident of western Pennsylvania. An honors graduate of Grove City College and Duquesne University School of Law, Mike has been practicing law in western Pennsylvania since 1996. Michael has clerked and authored opinions for a Common Pleas Judge and a Superior Court Judge.
